When you come to Showcase you will be greeted by our knowledgeable staff. At that stage you can either browse our expansive options or discuss one-on-one your ideas, needs, and goals. If you’re looking for custom flooring, a designer will meet with you to explore your preferences for texture, wear, color, performance, and other specialty features or desires.
After your project plan is developed, you’ll work with our experienced installers to ensure a seamless experience. From the initial delivery to the final clean-up they will coordinate a schedule that fits with your life and your timeline. Our commitment does not end when the job is complete. We will follow-up to make sure you love your floor and every expectation has been met. We proudly warranty our products and installations.
